Overview
Our goal is to set you up for success as soon as you begin operating your kitchen. In order to accomplish this, we provide services aimed to:
- Assist with kitchen design & permitting.
- Onboard your brands quickly and accurately to delivery platforms.
- Connect you to our proprietary software which helps tracks orders & data for your delivery-only restaurant.
We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the following services listed below:
Kitchen Onboarding
In order to get your delivery-only restaurant up and running as fast as possible, we assist you throughout the entire kitchen setup & design process.
What’s included:
- Kitchen design & consult – You provide us with a rough sketch of how you want to lay your kitchen out along with an equipment list, and we’ll get you a finalized kitchen design.
- Kitchen buildout scoping & coordination – we will do the work for you to understand potential kitchen improvements (KIs) based on your equipment list.
- Layout submittal drawing.
- Permit submissions.
- Kitchen design & consult includes one (1) revision
Brand Onboarding
We aim to provide a quick and seamless onboarding experience in order to get you set up on the major delivery platforms and start maximizing sales ASAP.
What’s included:
- Onboard brands to Uber Eats, Postmates, Grubhub, and DoorDash (this can take between 4-8 hours per brand without CK support).
- Menu consultation – we offer a 30 minute consultation for every new customer to help optimize your menu for delivery.
State-of-the-art Delivery Software
You will get access to Otter, a state-of-the-art delivery management software that streamlines your delivery orders for multiple brands & delivery apps through one single tablet. You will be able to optimize your delivery operation through meaningful data and insights, accessible directly within the platform.

- Permit costs
